Our Team

We have an amazing, highly diverse team with colleagues from Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Guatemala, Greece, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Portugal, Spain, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, the USA, etc. The language of our company is English. Almost everyone at our headquarters moved to Munich from another country in order to join our team. We help one another get started here and welcome you to our colorful family.

We Care about You

We offer highly competitive compensation packages and an innovative four-day workweek program. In addition to your annual salary, you participate in the success of our company via a yearly company bonus, increasing your fixed salary by up to 30%. You also have 30 workdays of paid vacation. In our Munich headquarters, we also offer you free breakfast, lunch and beverages. If you have to relocate to Munich, we help with your visa and generally provide relocation assistance. As we are the main sponsors of one of Munich’s many cultural institutions, the Munich Chamber Orchestra, you also receive free tickets for exciting concerts.

We Invest in Your Future
